Now Morgan & Morgan has filed a lawsuit against the manufacturers of diabetes and weight loss drugs Ozempic® and Mounjaro™, alleging that pharmaceutical companies failed to warn of the risk of significant injuries caused by the drugs. In this Court Chronicles episode, Jonathan explains how clients are alleging that, having taken these drugs to treat diabetes and weightloss, they have now contracted gastroparesis and or are experiencing vomitting over an extended period. The pharmaceutical companies in question, the lawsuit alleges, failed to alert individuals in the warning section of the drug label.
